We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market (students between the ages of 16-25 who are looking for a job). We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us (currently, we use Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

• How should we promote our company? We want you to help us better understand how to reach... you! What are students looking at? What captures your attention? If you download an app, what made you do it? These are the things we want to better understand!
• What social media channels should we utilize?
• What budget is appropriate for advertising?
• What messaging should we use? We want to remain relevant and make sure we are speaking your language. Basically, we want to know what grabs your attention!
